I am forwarding your sighting of a marked Peregrine Falcon on Sept 23rd
on to Mary Gustafson at the Bird Banding Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland.

The BBL coordinates all the "auxillary marking", as well as all regular
bird banding in the U.S., and coordinates with the Canadian Wildlife
Service (and the Russians, Mexicans, Japanese, etc). It may take some
time, but they should be able to find the bander and get information to
you.

You might want to include your mailing address in a posting to her, and they
can send you a "Certificate of Appreciation" letting you know who banded
the bird, where, when, its age/sex (if known) and such. Let us know when
you find out!
