To subscribe to tweeters, send an email message, leaving the subject line
blank and with only the following message text to:
listproc at u.washington.edu

Do not enter your email address. The listprocessor will read where the
message is coming from to obtain your email address.

You should receive an email response if your subscription succeeds. If
you don't ... try again in a little while. If it still doesn't succeed

that you will receive the 'Welcome' file with all it's helpful
suggestions.
