On Marsh and Willow Tits in Britain: in England north to about
Lancashire, where extensive conifer tracts are relatively few compared to
Scotland, the Marsh and Willow Tit habitats overlap considerably,
particularly in wet, rather sparse woodlands with willow, birch and
alder, which is a fairly common habitat - sounds a little like what Serge
reports for Brittany.
