Hi, It looks like I got into the group!!! But I'm not sure if I am
getting all the postings. Do they just come straight to my email address
or is it more like a newsgroup? Contrary to popular belief, I, and most
of the other Friends of Campus Cats people, are friends of all animals,
even when provoked, so don't worry about checking your car. Sharon works
with several "bird ladies" to help birds found injured on campus. I
don't know much about the birds out here (I'm originally from Wyoming),
but I love the herons I see off of 520 each day. I know there are some
of the same birds out here that I am used to, cedar waxwings, barn
swallows, robins, ducks, crows, but there are a lot that I am not familiar
with, and there are those I miss (particularly the Western Meadowlark).
