Hi,
As one of the cat lovers, who is also a bird lover, though perhaps not
as active as I would like, Sharon is the woman who heads campus cats.
She is easy to work with and loves all animals --NOT just cats! The FOCC
newsgroup is open to everyone, and unlike the list, it is posted in a
separate area in your email -- in pine if you select L (list) you can
then subscribe, or unsubscribe to a wide variety of news groups, and then
view them as a group, deleting messages from your area as you read them.
THis is handy because it doesn't clutter up your inbox with alot of
miscellaneous messages. I know that Sharon would like to communicate
with you folks, I think the main problem has been that tweeters is a list
rather than a newsgroup, so the workings are a bit different. Any way,
do forward stuff on to Sharon via FOCC, at least till she can get signed up,
and take care all.
