I have a record of Broad-Winged Hawk, seen by Randy Robinson and
myself, 07/02/89, for ten minutes, T20N, R17E, sec 9; 2+ miles WSW of
Liberty, Kittitas co., WA; near the crest of Teanaway Ridge at its southern end.

I sent 4 pages of notes to Phil Mattocks soon after the sighting.
