Yeah, I went down to the car after making the post and checked my
National Geographic guide: sure enough, it was there "Formerly known as
Louisiana Heron" Thanks to everyone who helped me out, sometimes only
having the "Master Guide to Birding" series can be a disadvantage! :-)
