About a month ago a tweeterite requested directions to the Wenas campground
(Boise-Cascade Park). Dan Victor has added a map to Wenas which can be found

Incidentally, I was in that neighborhood last Saturday and saw that the
Umptanum Road is being worked on and is signed local access only, though
it wasnt actually closed...just a rough road...and lots of bluebirds. Yakima
Audubon members were there cleaning, fixing the bluebird houses so I assume
they were able to get through from the south.
