Tweets--

I scheduled Carkeek Park for Friday July 19 for
Yakathon II..it's in the same place we had Yakathon I
last July..Friday, as I recall, we agreed was best as
many Tweets had commitments on the weekend..

I am certainly willing to consider compelling arguments for
moving the date, but the week after is out because of a
kids camping event..and the week before is the weekend of
the 4th..and the only other available date is Aug 2..
I have 'til the 17th to return the reservation form and fee
(once I get it).. after that we're locked in..

I'm informing you all now so you can have time to arrange
your schedules to accommodate this date..last year, I thought
was a great success...we cooked out on the barbecue (bring your
own charcoal) and generally yakked...there's birding in the
Park..we set up various scopes so people could check them out..

If anyone has an idea for an activity for the group feel
free to share it...

It's party time..
