This morning, I had two Caspian Terns fly over me at Spencer Island,
dogfighting and yelling at each other (excuse the anthropomorphism, but
you get the picture). Their calls are right up there with Great Blue
Herons' at the top of the the "not appealing to human tastes" category.
Also around were Common Yellowthroats and a Barn Swallow. A premptory
search for the Tufted Duck was not successful.
