Arthur Singer was the artist for the Golden Books "Guide to Field
Identification of Birds". That book was originally published in the
mid-60's. He is a well-known and excellent bird artist, and I believe
he is still alive. As to whether the prints are valuable depends on how
many were printed. If they were mass-produced, they are not valuable.
If they were limited editions, they could be quite valuable because he
is a renowned artist.
