Does anybody know who is color-marking vultures? I had
a Turkey Vulture with the remains of a patagial tag (left
wing) on Christmas Day and a Black Vulture with a red
round wing tag (right wing) this morning. I have sent both
reports to the bird banding lab. Thanks.
