Hello Tweeters,

The latest edition of WOSNews arrived in my mail box yesterday. Many of
you probably got it at the same time.

There are two articals on Montlake Phil in this issue. It is the cover
story and the "center fold" is a 8 photo layout of of Phil with a brief
outline of the converstation of identification and banding that ocurred
