papers. I suggest that people needing a copy can ask at their local =
library through the interlibrary loan programs (of course, if you have =
access to a university or state library they'll likely have =
subscriptions). As a last resort, get ahold of me, and I can give you =
the author's address as printed in the journal and you can write her/him =
and request a reprint of the article.
