Take I-5 south to I-84 in Portland. Go east on I-84 to the 39th Street
Exit. Take 39th Street south. The major streets going south are Glisan
(traffic circle), Stark, Hawthorne, Division, Powell, Holgate, Steele. The
fourth turn to the right after passing Steele should be Reedway (if you
reach Woodstock you have gone to far). Turn right onto Reedway, go one
block and park at the head of the trail. Go down the hill on the trail. At
the bottom, look in the large tree in the tangle to your right.
