Subject: Skokholm Island Web Site

Hello Dan

We operate a web site devoted to the island of Skokholm, a nature reserve off
the coast of Pembrokeshire in southwest Wales operated by the Dyfed Wildlife
Trust. We recently came across your Cascadia site, and wonder if you would be
interested in visiting our site at http://members.aol.com/skokholm/holm.htm
and consdering putting in a link to it.

Skokholm was Britain's first bird observatory, established in 1933 by Ronald
Lockley, who did much pioneering research on the island's seabirds,
particularly Manx Shearwaters, Storm Petrels and Puffins.

The site is maintained as a personal venture by ourselves as two Skokholm
enthusiasts, with the help and co-operation of Dyfed Wildlife Trust. The site
is relatively new and we have plans for considerable expansion over the next
few months, and aim to cover all aspects of the island's natural history. It
includes a short selection of external links to relevant web sites, and
would, of course, be happy to put in a reciprocal link.

We hope you will be able to include a link to the Skokholm site.
