I've seen this in jays and crows (we've sunflowers EVERYWHERE around the
yard, courtesy of jays) but not in nuthatches until now. I'm delighted to
learn they are also cachers. By the way, have you noticed that the jays
always cache in groups of three seeds to each hole?
