My nuthatches grab a sunflower seed from the feeder and fly 6 inches to
my wooden-roofed suet feeder, lodge the seed into a crack, then shimmy
down to the underside of the suet feeder to eat globs of fat. My suet
feeder is starting to look like a sunflower feeder!
