Although I'm sure it made you feel better to send him the 20 copies of the
WOS announcement rather than screwing up your karma and tarnishing the image
of birders, may I suggest a more effective and kinder approach would be to
send a copy of both the spam and advertising faqs along with a request to be
removed from his mailing list. I also send a copy to the postmaster at his
address.

If anyone doesn't have these faqs and would like them, contact me by email
and I'll send them off list.
