Tweets,

Average juvenile arrival of Sharp-tailed Sandpiper (SHSA) in the Vancouver
BC area is Sep 09, average departure (average annual date of last record) is
Nov. 12. Usual annual numbers are 1-3, occasionally as high as 5-6, rarely more.

Best places are the Iona Settling Ponds in Richmond BC and the Reifel Refuge
in Ladner; other locations are the Boundary Bay foreshore in the vicinity of
the 112th Street Spit, Serpentine Fen in Surrey, and anywhere else you're
likely to see congregations of Pectoral Sandpipers (PESA).

There are, to my knowledge, no confirmed observations of SHSA in Vancouver
BC of any other age group but southbound juvs associating with migrant juv
PESA of Central Siberian populations.
