Dear All

The BBC Natural History Unit has started work on a major new eight-part=20
series, 'The Blue Planet', about the natural history of the world's=20
oceans, which will cover everything from coastlines, the open ocean,=20
temperate waters, coral reefs, the poles and the deep. So hopefully no=20
(marine) stone will be left unturned!

As researcher for the series I am currently trying to identify what are=20
the most amazing seabird spectacles anywhere in the world - be it=20
penguins, boobies, albatrosses, auks, whatever! (Be it for huge=20
numbers and/or scenery and/or extraordinary behaviour).

I'd very much like to hear from anyone on the server who would like to=20
contribute their ideas and tell me about any of the real spectacles=20
that they have witnessed as I'm sure people on this server must have=20
seen them all!

I'd be very grateful for any help that you can give me...

Sincerely,
Sue Flood
