I'd be interested to know if anyone in Tweeters land participated last year
or intends to do so this year. I reviewed the results for North America
from last, year shown on the WEB site, and they seem to be heavily weighted
with eastern sightings. (For example, Grackle was one of the top three counted!)

A group of us in Vancouver may decide to participate but are beginning to
doubt the value of this. We don't expect to add many species to the total
seen unless we are the only participants on the west coast so the financial
contribution will be very little. We also have no idea on the value of the
sighting information collected.

Any thoughts?
