My Arizona birding house in Green Valley, AZ is available for the
following
periods:in 1997, April 2 -15 ($1,000);
May 2 - 16, or any two week period in May for $775.
All of May: $1250.
Any summer month through October: $900 (plus electric bill);
Any two week period (June 1 through October 30): $750. (electric bill
included).
November: $1,350.

The house is three years old. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; 1560 square feet of
living space, double garage. It rents for
$2,800. during the high winter season. Spectacular views of the Santa
Rita Mts. and Madera Canyon from its hillside location. You can see 70
miles from north (the Catalina Mts. north of Tucson) to into Mexico. The
interior is in mostly hand made southwestern furnishings. Air
conditioned, fully equiped, pool use, near golf club house, quiet cul de
sac, flag stone patio, cable TV, VCR, CD player, washer/dryer/BBQ, etc.
Two comfortable queen sized beds, and a double futon.

Located within an hour of almost all of SE Arizona's great birding spots
(Madera Canyon, Arivaca, Sonoita Creek/Patagonia, Ramsey Canyon, and the
newly opened Brown Canyon, for example. About 25 miles south of the
Tucson Airport by freeway.

Deed restrictions: One occupant must be at least 45 years of age.

No smoking or pets. Security deposit required. Prices based on double
occupancy. Add $50. per person for more.
