Dennis Paulson told of his findings on the Samish flats on Nov. 28th. The
"green headed" Snowy was absent that day.
We were up taking a look on Nov. 29. The bird was seen then. We got a good
look and watched it for about 15 minutes as it hunted very close to the
road.....it didn't get anything . The weather was terrible....extremely
windy.
