Visited Foster Is. in the Washington Park Arboretum from 2:30 to 3:30
P.M.today. With the help of a pair of birders, we found the B&W warbler
gleaning the bark of the birches to the left (west) just after crossing
the footbridge from the south next to the Broadmoor golf course. It was
accompanied by a r.c.kinglet and a couple of chickadees, but there
certainly was neither a crowd of birds or of birders.
