Hi Lois

Just in case no one has replied yet, Yaquina Bay is near Newport, on the
central Oregon Coast. It will be way too far south to be on the Washington
Delorme. The Portland RBA covers the entire state of Oregon and in the
case of truly exceptional birds, Washington and Northern California as
well.
