Located in N. Central Wash., on Columbia River,
at Chief Joseph Dam
Dec. 22nd this bird was at a friend's feeder.
Today I got to see it too. How unusual is a
Harrris' Sparrow for this area?
Also, ever since Thanksgiving there have been
large flocks of Bohemian Waxwings in town.
Usually we don't get them until late winter/
early spring.
