Saw your posting on your find at the locks during the CBC.
I am not aware of reports of a similar looking bird.
I want to ask a favor of you: would you please call the Falcon Research Group,
Seattle Peregrine hotline and leave a detailed message (description of bird,
exact location, time, behavior etc.)?
The number is 654-4423.
Ruth Taylor accumulates all the information and puts it on the outgoing
message as well as logs it.
This way other people looking for peregrines who don't happen to be on
tweeters will also be aware of it.
