Though I don't consider myself a "lister" (I'm far more interested in what
birds are DOING), I have to admit to a teensy bit of curiousity about the
ABA/AOU and all this listing stuff. Where does one obtain the listing
"rules" and forms? Not to mention a copy of the "official" checklist? For
one thing, I have a database program that I really like, but which
originated in England. Some of the names used are not the names we use
here, and I would like to have the official list to modify the database
accurately. Thanks!
