Can't answer for the WA data, Conrad, but there was a Kittlitz's
Murrelet at Sandspit, Queen Charlotte Is. Nov. 8-9, 1995, only the 2nd
B.C. record. Perhaps it is the same bird! I am actually surprised a the
low incidence of vagrance of this species to the Charlottes. They are
regular on the Alaska Panhandle as far south as Stephen's Passage (pers.
comm. Bryan Gates).
