Sorry for this non birdy message :-(

I don't know very well (to say the least...) Washington and Oregon geography
and topology.

Taking a plane from Seattle (Sea-Tac?) Airport next wednesday, I'm wondering
whether the floods affecting Oregon at the moment could possibly also occur
in some regions of Washington I'll have to go through (from Vancouver, BC)
next week.

Respond to me directly, I don't think the answer is not of general interest
to Tweeters...

Thanks in advance
