Our temporary schoolside lake attracted one female Northern Shoveler (a
first for me at our school site, including our more permanent pond) and a
Great Blue Heron this morning. The Mallards, Wigeons, Canada Geese, and
gulls were all back as well.

Water was still welling up from our storm drain, though at a slower rate,
throughout the day.
