I spoke with a friend who was there yesterday (Tuesday, Feb 13). The owl
was present and cooperative, and was seen by multiple birders. Directions
are as in Dennis Paulson's original post, however the "Port of Skagit County

road" is not shown on the DeLorme maps; I believe it is the north extension
of Bradshaw Road which does show, and which is located about a mile east of
Hwy 237.
