When replying to messages, please include ONLY the portion(s) of
the previous message that are pertinent; if you don't need the message
duplicated on your reply message LEAVE IT OUT.
Most e-mail programs have editing commands that you can use to
"snip" away the non-relevent portions of messages to which you are
replying to if you decide to include the message at all. Please do edit
your replies.
Also, try to update the SUBJECT line of the reply if the thread
has changed from the original subject, or even move your cursor up to the
subject line and add a new prefix (for example "Dicksissel deaths was Re:
Swainson's Hawks deaths).
Many of us have enormous volumes of e-mail to sort through.
Adopting these suggestions will be of great value to our time management.
Thanks for reading this far. Please post ALL replies to this
message to ME personally so as to NOT CLOG TWEETERS. Thank you for your
time. OH, if you already reply concisely, which many of you do, thanks.
Thanks a gillion,
