I certainly understand your concerns about inappropriate maps being posted
where you lose control of them.

I shall remove the map from CompuServe immediately.

In the future, I might suggest that you place the copyright notification in
the generally expected form - "Copyright (c) 1996, Tor ..." as opposed to the
method used on the map "Adapted by Tor ... from a 19(c)96 original by Fred
Bird." I missed the copyright symbol, probably because there were already so
many at signs on the document and my brain was likely looking for "Copyright."
