I need citations for Jewett's _Birds of Washington_ and (author?)_Birds
of British Columbia_...date of publication, publisher, etc.

I also need to know if they are still in print.

Is _Birds of BC_ the series of pamplets put out by the Provincial Museum
(with great B&W line art by the way) and if so was it ever consolidated
into one book?
