Hey Tweets,

Last year, I saw a bird in some rather poor lighting conditions and
for only a few seconds. I took some "What is he?" photos, hoping that I
could later ID him. I have my own ideas on what he is, but I'll keep
that under my hat.
Time of viewing: Late Spring, early summer 1995
Place of viewing: Kamiak Park, north of Pullman, WA
Time of day: Kinda late, shouldn't have been taking pictures.
