Hi all. At a local used bookstore, I saw the following for sale:
Oberholser, H.C. 1914. A monograph of the genus Chordeiles (Swainson),
type of a new family of goatsuckers. US Nat. Museum Bulletin 86. 123pp.
It's from the original printing, and is a little tattered, but intact. I
imagine if you're a nighthawk researcher or taxonomist (or just a
collector of old ornithological literature), it's probably very hard to
find. If anyone out there wants it let me know, and I'll pick it up for
you. The store wants $14 for it. Or if you live in Seattle, it's at
Magus Books in the University District (University and 42nd, across from
Shalimar restaurant).
