Michael Wagar, the Editor of the Central Kitsap Reporter, in an editorial
about the impact of PCBs on Hood Canal Bald Eagles, states:

"Here in Central Kitsap, we have much to worry about. Our fellow mammals, the
eagle, share our position as top-of-the-food-chain predators." (Sic, sic and
sic)
