Holy trumpeting swan, batman! I did not know this! I've birded Skagit WMA
from time to time and never once gave it a thought. At least I think I was
at Skagit(!!) -- the spot on Fir Island where everyone sees odd sparrows and
such, and walks the dike, etc., or am I missing something??? Is this ever
enforced? I've never heard mention of this before.
