Hi Tweets and Chatters,

I've noticed several postings over the past week or so, both on
Tweeters and on BirdChat, that mention herons setting up nests in a
"rookery". I figured that _rooks_ lived in "rookeries" and herons
lived in "heronries", so I looked it up in Websters. Both are good
words, and "rookery" may be used for a congregational nesting site for
birds other than rooks. But since there _is_ a separate word for a
heron nest colony, "heronry", is there also one for egrets? Has
anyone ever heard of an "egretry"? How about any of the other
communal-type nesters? "Shaggery"? "Murrery"? "Puffinery?"
