I too, would like to support Dale's post! I do not believe that the narrow "rural" point of view
is capable of saving our world from disaster. As I stated originally, a global understanding of
environmental issues, and especially the interlinked patterns of cause and effect from
geographically unrelated events, is not part of the rural point of view. Please do not think I
support this kind of reasoning, especially when it's being done by politicians' looking for
votes! If you'll remember the original post was to present the "other" point of view, not my
personal beliefs! The people who have the knowledge, skills, and above all, TIME to solve these
problems, are not farmers or ranchers!
