Being the "finder" of said bird, I can confirm its death. Those that saw
the remains were all pretty certain that it had starved to death.

As far as I know, there are no overlapping reports on the Great Grey Owls in
Vancouver that can substantiate there being two birds. It seems probable
that he bird was moving between Burnaby and North Vancouver. The latest
GGOW report from maple Ridge has not been confirmed.

Didn't I read on Tweeters that the bird in question had been tagged with a
radio transmitter. So, why can't we find it?
