As I mentioned in an earlier post, a peregrine bombed this thing (an
impressive, near-vertical stoop from 100 ft up or so) and drove it
to the woods.

So, I won't pin its flightiness on the banders with 100% surety.

It also likes both sides of a fairly busy highway, and about 10 cars were
there to view it, so the activity level was high and probably
stressful overall, with or without banders or birders.
