I can remove you. You might want to try the digest mode first, where you
just get one large message per day, the day after.

To set the digest mode, since tweeters is a very active list you may want
to receive all the day's postings in one large message. To set this mode,
send the listproc at u.washington.edu the message:

set tweeters mail digest
