me too...it tweaks the folklorist part of my brain that has
the legend alarm in it..and besides, don't ospreys and eagles
do it differently..i.e., who's ever seen an eagle disappear under
the surface of the water the way ospreys routinely go after
their prey..all the footage I've ever seen of baldies fishing
shows them snatching the fish at the surface, which are small
enough so that they can keep on truckin'..oh, well..
