The Eagle Festival starts at 8am at the Arts Gallery in Brackendale
(northern part of Squamish, approximately 1 hour north of Vancouver B.C.).
There the organisation will take place, like forming of the groups for
eagle counting or viewing with a guide.
BTW, the CBC on 16/12/95 yielded already more than 1600 Bald Eagles
(and 42 Dippers).
