Hi tweets and chatters. Just wanted to let you know that revised
Breeding Bird Atlas maps are now available for personal viewing and
reference on the WWW. The URL is:

http://salmo.cqs.washington.edu/~wagap/birds/birds.html

Each species has 2 maps (with a few exceptions), one is a map of BBA data
for the period (1987-1995), the other is a distribution map showing where
the species occurs uniformly in Washington (point locations may exist
outside that area, and are shown by the BBA data map).

This is a preview of things to come! Look for the atlas in published
form by the end of this year (with perhaps prototypes available by the
annual WOS convention).
