The Upper Skagit Bald Eagle Festival is February 2, 3 & 4, 1996.

This is the 9th annual festival. It will be held at the Concrete School
Complex,
Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport, and the Marblemount Community
Club.

Guest speakers cover a variety of topics ranging from eagle behavior, to
conservation issues, to Native American storytelling. Musicians provide
entertainment ranging from country to folk to jazz, throughout the day.
Conservation displays are open for all to enjoy. Books and other visual
media
are available for sale.

There will also be craft show and food at all locations. Other events are
sponsored around the festival- 10K Volkswalk and more.
