Well, I can report that a slightly smaller software company, with
a technical office in Aloha, had a similar problem though it was
caught before product made it out the door. :)

And we just went through this scenario at Portland Audubon, over 100
diskettes. It's a problem when you have a volunteer base where folks
bring in their own diskettes. Also, the first release of Windows
95 had no virus detection software...quickly fixed.
